NORESCO: Measurement & Verification Specialist

Measurement & Verification Specialist - National Position (NORESCO)

We currently have an IMMEDIATE opening for a Measurement & Verification Specialist, located in Denver, CO.

Job Requirements:
The Measurement & Verification (M&V) Specialist is responsible for evaluating performance of Demand Side Management (DSM) and performance contracting (Energy) projections using measurements that require automated remote collection or collection performed at the customer’s facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for data collection and analysis, compiling weekly, monthly and annual performance of energy savings reports. As well as conducting annual site inspections, performing annual reconciliations of savings and field adjustments, developing baseline energy adjustments, producing invoices and communicating with customers of a regular basis.

M&V Specialist is also responsible for identifying potential performance issues, and working with NORESCO's project team to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities may include the coordination of Operating & Maintenance (O&M) activities, including scheduling routine and preventative maintenance and dispatching Service Technicians in response to trouble calls or alarms.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree and at least two years to three years minimum experience working with customers at all levels and developing technical reports, including energy analysis.
• High level of attention to detail and quality
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• self starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be proficient in MS office products, especially Excel and Access a plus
• 50 % travel may be required
