Collaboration Committee

Helping to promote the USGBC through collaborative interaction
with allied organizations

Arbor Day
350 volunteers joined together at Washington Park to plant more than 450 trees on Arbor Day. The USGBC teamed with ASLA and AIA that day to make a strong environmental group presence. Mayor Hickenlooper thanks us in closing over a delicious lunch provided by Whole Foods. As part of the mayors million trees by 2025, more than 12,000 trees were planted around Denver between Earth Day and Arbor Day. Great Job!
