USGBC Colorado is recruiting members to serve as Chair and Co-Chair of the six Chapter Committees. This individual will also serve on the Chapter Coordinating Circle.
Advocacy
Works with the Chapter Director of Advocacy and Branch Advocacy Committees to coordinate and implement the Chapter's state and local advocacy goals. Chair & Co-Chair Positions Available.
Communications
Works closely with staff and volunteers to communicate our collective work and successes. Works with with CO Chapter Coordinator on the Chapter Newsletter, website content, media relations, and overall marketing efforts. Chair & Co-Chair Positions Available.
Education
Works with Chapter Director of Education and volunteers to coordinate and support the planning, execution, and evaluation of the Chapter's education goals and objectives. Co-Chair Position Available.
Emerging Green Builders
Works with local EGB groups to support students and new professionals entering the green building community. Responsible for plannign and executing the annual Natural Talent Design Competition. Co-Chair Position Available.
Events
Responsible for the planning and execution of the two major Chapter events each year - the 2-day spring conference, and the annual membership meeting & celebration in September. Co-Chair Position Available.
Membership
Will be responsible for developing and implementing membership recruitment, benefits, retention, and celebration programs. Works closely with the Events Committee on the fall membership meeting. Co-Chair Position Available.
