Greening the Conference
Our goal is to make
this conference as close to a zero waste,
carbon neutral event as possible. We
have many initiatives to support this goal,
and we are working with vendors to help us
fulfill our mission. We will be supporting
alternative transportation, and purchasing
carbon offsets for travel. Our hotel is Energy
Star rated and has incorporated many green
practices. Paper will be virtually eliminated
from this event , made possible by electronic
download and postings for presenters and exhibitors.
We hope you will support our goal and do whatever
you can to help us lessen the impact of this
event.
