Board Elections
The Board of Directors is the governing body for USGBC Colorado, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Colorado. The Board is responsible for defining the organization's mission and for providing overall leadership and strategic direction. Interested applicants need to be aware of the legal, financial and ethical duties related to their service on the Board.
The board elections will run from October 30, 2009 through November 30, 2009. The results will be announced on December 4. Terms will begin on January 1, 2010.
Only Current members of USGBC Colorado are allowed to vote in the Board Elections. If you have any questions about your member status, just joined as a new member and would like to vote, have not received instructions & login information, or lost your password, please email Sarah Michaels, or call her at 303-454-3393.
